We had the privilege of building this incredibly designed modern pavilion extension. A standout feature of this exceptional design is a striking glass corridor that connects the new extension to the existing building, offering both architectural interest and a flood of natural light.
Externally, the pavilion is clad in Russwood Siberian larch boards, meticulously installed with precise alignment to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic. Internally, tiled flooring was chosen to match the existing kitchen, ensuring a cohesive flow between old and new. Acoustic panels were installed on the wall behind the TV unit, this enhances the space into something luxurious, but also helps reduce the reverberation and excessed background noise from building up.
A new paved terrace was constructed around the pavilion, with steps leading from the lawn. Integrated step lights provide both safety and ambiance, complementing the modern aesthetic of the extension.
