    Predominately we are the main contractor on every project we undertake, so rest assured you are in safe hands throughout the project.

    Through the tender process you will be provided with a transparent and fully broken down quotation, a detailed programme of works and our full attention should you have any queries.

    As part of your tender should you require anything from a discontinued brick to specialist stone we have the contacts. If you need masonry restoration we can cover that – bespoke windows and doors whether they would be timber or aluminium we know all the right people.

    We undertake everything from the first shovel in the ground to the last touch of paint.

    During the build stage you are provided with a fortnightly contractors report, updated programme and financial report. This is to give you a clear understanding of how the works are progressing.

    We work closely with our core group of M&E contractors across all our projects carefully designing and planning a system to keep your home comfortable and running efficiently. From underfloor heating systems, alternative green energy to smart home systems seamlessly linking your home at the touch of a button.

    Dry Lining and Plastering

    Our experienced group of plastering contractors begin your transition from site to a home. No matter the shape or weird and wonderful design a high quality finish is provided every time.

    Internal Joinery 

    Our in house team of experienced carpenters are on hand to provide you with that bespoke finish your project deserves.

    Tiling

    Tiling can be a subtle practicality or a design feature giving your space that wow factor. Whatever your taste our contractors can provide samples and discuss options suitable for your space.

    Floor Coverings

    Floor coverings need to be carefully considered depending on what the primary use for the space is. Whether it be that comfortable luxury of carpet, modern look of engineered timber, keep clean hygienic properties of a hard wearing vinyl or a tough commercial epoxy resin coating our contractors are on hand to provide samples and discuss your needs.

    Bespoke Furniture

    We work closely alongside our trusted bespoke joinery manufacturer to provide you with the highest quality furniture in any material and always constructed from sustainable sources.

    The decoration of your project gives the finishing touches to your home which is why we only use our trusted few specialist contractors. From seamless spraying of bespoke furniture, specialist external coatings to that luxurious wallpaper you’ve always dreamed of our contractors can put the final shine on your project.
