"Sean and his team were appointed to undertake a full renovation and extension project for a property between Harrogate and Leeds. Despite being one of the most complex structrual alterations I have been involved in, Sean handled the difficult works with a constant attention to the contruction details. Where many other Principal Contractor's would have walked away, Sean approached these works with a calm manner, and a clear plan for the works. Sean's control of the budget, and constant monitoring meant that both the Client and myself as the Architect were kept informed. When issues arose, there was no problem, only a suggested solution which was a pleasure to work with. Sean's experience is evident, as is the respect for him amongst his team.
