Burley in Wharfedale – Studio/Home Office

Our client required a dedicated studio and home office space, distinct from their main dwelling. To meet this need Bourke Build transformed the existing detached garage into a functional, self-contained workspace and constructed a new garage as an extension to the original structure.

A key aesthetic consideration was the integration of new stonework that matched the existing garage and house. Bourke Build achieved this seamlessly, ensuring a cohesive look across the property.

Inside the studio/home office a compact kitchen and a bathroom were installed. A standout feature of this build is the elegantly curved wall enclosing the bathroom, adding a unique architectural detail to the interior.
