This garden room project transformed an outdated outdoor structure into a high-quality, permanent extension designed for everyday living and entertaining. The original was fully demolished along with existing paving to allow for a complete rebuild from the ground up. A new structure was constructed with careful attention to durability and design, including a damp-proof membrane for moisture protection, integrated steel beams for strength and stonework matched to the original property for a seamless finish. 

Outside, the space was completely reimagined with new paving and cobbled edging, fresh turf and a curved stone wall that adds character and flow to the garden. A bespoke stone-built BBQ area was created, adding the perfect finishing touch for hosting and outdoor entertaining.

Inside, a fully fitted kitchen creates a versatile space for relaxing, dining, and hosting year-round. The finished result is a cohesive indoor-outdoor living area that blends high-end craftsmanship with practical design, significantly enhancing both the usability and aesthetic of the property.

The clients purchased the property with a clear vision of transforming it into a modern, functional home that catered to their lifestyle. Their goal was to maximise the potential of the home, with particular attention to creating an inviting atmosphere for family gatherings and peaceful moments.

This project involved a full refurbishment of the property, including the demolition of an existing conservatory to make way for a large rear extension. The extension focused on creating an open-plan kitchen/dining area with natural light, as well as a dedicated space for reading and relaxing. Rooflights, Velux windows and bifold doors were installed offering a seamless connection to the garden, flooding the space with natural light and bringing the outdoors in.

A new porch was added to the front of the property to create a welcoming entrance. The property was given a fresh look with new render applied to both the front and rear. The roof tiles were professionally cleaned, significantly improving the property’s appearance.
